Valuation Report

Had my valuation carried out yesterday and spoke to the lender today who confirmed that valuation matches sale price but they are just waiting for the valuation report. Was just wondering in people's experience how long does this/ should this take? Thanks in advance:)

Typically the service level agreement requires the surveyor to have the report with the lender within 48 hours of the inspection.
Was the lender not able to confirm this when you spoke to them?I am a mortgage broker. Thanks , spoke to them again and the report is now with them and they have all the docs they need so hopefully have offer soon!0
