Council Tax Reband Reband

Hello
A couple of years ago we investigated the rebanding issue as we noticed that the bands seemed to be a 50:50 split in our section (there are 14 houses in our build, 8 of one design (ours) and 6 of a different design (slightly bigger).
One of our neighbours applied to the council and it was turned down whilst another neighbour and us went direct to the VOA and were rebanded a band lower. Our (rejected) neighbour in the mean time got an independant report which stated that it should be rebanded a band lower and appealed to the VOA and was lowered.
Earlier this year we all received a letter saying we had to be looked at again. The impression that we got from a telephone conversation with the VOA is that it was due to the fact that some houses in the next development, which whilst their footprint is smaller than ours, have more features (en-suites, dressing rooms etc) and had applied for a reduction and a colleague had passed it over to find out why we were a lower band.
During the conversation it appeared that they were unaware of the features, only the footprint as this was the reason given to us for the investigation, of the higher banded houses and were only asking for details of those of us in the lower band with the view to putting us all back up again. To us this seems to be a case of finding evidence to fit a fixed hypothesis rather than looking at all the data and seeing whether the hypothesis fits or not.
This morning, we have received a letter saying we are being rebanded back up to the higher band. Is there any way we can re-appeal?
Any advice gratefully received.

You can appeal a band increase, you have 6 months from date of the notice in which to appeal.
Until you see the evidence the VOA intends to produce to support the rebanding, there is little you can do.If you are querying your Council Tax band would you please state whether you are in England, Scotland or Wales0
