Advice needed - Leave job or not?

Hi,
I just want to hear other people's opinions on this.
I'm 22, finished uni last year and I'm currently on a internship at the minute. The thing is they want me to stay for longer but the problem is that I have a part time job and my employee has said they won't give me anymore time off to do it. Which is fair by them.
So here is the problem, would you leave your job in order to follow through with what you went to uni for?
I've also had a few invites for other interns aswell, it's just that I've add to reject as I always had work.
May I add, I hate my part time job and I feel like I'm still young enough to risk it and try and get a job doing something I want to and studied 3 years for.
Thanks.

I think the only real question is - can you afford it?
If you've got someone (ie parents) who are able to give you a place to stay and food on the table, I would absolutely go for the internship.0 -
As Starrybee said the issue really is as to whether you can afford it. If you can then I don't see why you wouldn't take the internship. Although it might be worth finding out whether the internship will provide you with the opportunity to move into paid work at the same company once it is completed.0

As you don't mention not being able to afford giving up work, I can only assume you are living at home or have savings you can live off, etc.
If this internship could realistically lead to a job in the area you want to work in, go for it. You could then get a part time job at evenings or weekends for a bit of extra cash?0
