Mortgage Required

Doing this on the advice of one of the members here...

I have a house value 120k(notional)

Santander Mortgage 60K(interest only) ....due for renewal December

Have moved out....seeking a remortgage to clear debt.Bought house when it was trashed and have doubled the value of the house in the worst recession my lifetime.....

Two mistakes .....

1)run up about 30k of unsecured debt in that I now need to clear...

2)left the security of an employ with the DWP to go self employed tradeplating.

Have left the household recently and am seeking a buy to let mortgage.House is already fully let (four rooms) and realising £1175 monthly....would consider selling...(Estate Agents valuation £115,000).Tradeplating is long hours but worth £350 weekly(been doing it nine months).....Disco business (3 years audited accounts £6000 annual profit). So three good streams of income.....it should be easy for someone to take it on??

Credit rating slipped from excellent to good after searching too much for help.

Getting bored to of telling people the story....expected more help....this is my last resort......Maybe you can help??

Going to work now....can't answer any replies till this evening:eek:

Do the bedrooms have locks on them?
    Is it let to DSS/Professionals/Students?

This would most likely be classed as a HMO (Although unlikely you will need a license - but its best to check with the council as it varies from council to council).

There will most likely be lenders but 2 of those income streams are unlikely to be included as there is no SA302 (self assessment to back it up).

Speak to a broker, im sure there will be a lender for this.
