Have you tried calling it back?
It could be a mate with a new mobile number (who wouldn't want it on the internet), for example. I'd be surprised if a win alert was coming from a mobile...
ETA - found a link online saying it belongs to someone in West Hampstead, London called Raphael Boffey... These things are often out of date, or just plain wrong though.
Either way, hope it turns out to be a win, but wouldn't get too excited yet 0 -

I thought the same about wins from mobile phone numbers but then a week ago I got a call from Argos asking me call them back on a mobile number.
