Hi
My current fixed deal with virgin money is coming to an end and I'm about to revert to their SVR of 4.79%.
Trying to decide what to do next - I was a first time buyer at the time.
If I stay with virgin money and choose another deal I won't pay lots of fees, house valuation etc. - this is quite tempting but I'm not sure how competitive their mortgages are. I've listed what I was offered below - grate full if someone would cast an opinion

Hi,
Im just got a 3 year fixed mortgage with Virgin, can I ask have they offered these new deals to you without going through the whole process again? Meaning have had to prove income etc again?

You can check estimated value of your property at Zoopla or at Nationwide calc: http://www.nationwide.co.uk/about/house-price-index/house-price-calculator It will give you some idea, how bank can value your property.0

What's the outstanding balance on your mortgage? As the product fee charged can help with filtering the choices down.0
