    Thats what I do, and the bigger quarter pounders when on offer too, I stock up several packs and sit and roll them big and thin like McDonalds burgers then pack in the freezer with separating sheets.

    They cook from frozen really quick then, people get shrinkage trying to cook fatter burgers all the way through so tend to overcook a bit to be safe. This way you can go easy on the heat and still cook through.

    Although Lidl ones are not exactly finest steak they do seem to be mostly animal with very little paddling like rusk the supermarkets use.
