it won't click on the agree button but the other one it will (strange) tried it in safari and in chrome and still the same

I tried to click it and it wouldn't work either. Then I placed the cursor back in the captcha box and clicked tab (twice, I think). It took the page back to the top but when I scrolled it down I was able to tick the box.

Works fine in Safari.

I had no problems in clicking either box.
