Securing debt on house being repossessed

I completed an extension on my sister's house and wasn't paid for it. Now the house may be repossessed and she agrees on the debt, but how can I get my money if this goes ahead? Will the mortgage company just auction off the property to get rid, and then charge their fees leaving nothing for anyone?
Am I entitled to remove doors and windows, etc, which haven't been paid for?
Are there any other options?

A matter between you and your sister to resolve nothing to do with the lender.

The lender is not going to let you put a charge on the property.

If you vandalise it by removing items and making it uninhabitable - don't be surprised if they sue you.

If there is enough value left after their loan and charges, the money will come back to your sister and you can be in the queue there.

Another option might be to buy the property from your sister and pay her lender off that way leaving the rest of the value with you.
