1. This Prize Draw is open to residents of the UK aged 18 or over, except for employees of Cass Art, their families, agencies or anyone else associated with the administration of this competition.
2. There is no purchase necessary to enter the prize draw.
3. Prizes are not transferable and there is no cash alternative available for any prize. None of the prizes may be used in conjunction with any other offer.
4. Only one entry per person is permitted.
5. There are 30 prize winners. Each winner will receive an annual membership for the Time Out Card.
6. Additional prizes will be announced shortly. Individual prizes will incur additional terms and conditions.

9. a) Sky World HD package terms and conditions: Each winner will be required to enter into three (3) subscription contracts (one Sky digital, one Sky+ and one Sky+HD subscription contract). After expiry of the winner’s 12 months' free viewing, unless the winner cancels or changes their package, giving 31 days or more notice, standard subscription charges will apply (see www.sky.com for details). Sky+ subscription is included in the winner’s Sky TV subscription and is required to use the Personal Video Recorder features of the Sky+HD box. The winner will need Sky+HD professionally installed even if the winner already has a minidish. Costs may apply for non-standard set-up. The winner must keep their Sky+HD box connected to a fixed and operational telephone line. If the winner needs a minidish the winner will be responsible for obtaining all consents required (e.g. landlord's) before installation Multiroom is not included in the Prize. 11. The National Portrait Gallery Membership with Guest is valued at £65. Membership is valid for 12 months, non-transferable and non-exchangeable. This prize is provided by the National Portrait Gallery, St Martin's Pl, London WC2H 0HE.
12. There is one prize of two tickets to see Discovering Tutankhamun exhibition at the Ashmolean Museum, Oxford, Afternoon Tea for two in the Ashmolean Restaurant, plus 1 Tutankhamun exhibition catalogue to take home. Advanced booking for Afternoon Tea required. This prize is provided by The Ashmolean Museum, Beaumont Street, Oxford OX1 2PH.
13. The Barbican prize is not available retrospectively or in conjunction with any other offer. Exhibition tickets valid until 25th August 2014. The bag and the mug will be available for collection at the time of visiting the exhibition. One entry per person. This prize is provided by the Barbican Centre, Silk St, London EC2Y 8DS.
14. The City Lit £150 credit must be used by 31 August 2015. Credit cannot be redeemed retrospectively on courses already enrolled on. Subjects winner can use credit on are jewellery, sculpture, basketry, ceramics, bookbinding, textiles, fashion, sewing and clothesmaking, drawing and painting. This prize is provided by City Lit, 1-10 Keeley Street, London WC2B 4BA.
15. The Art Macabre tickets must be booked at least 3 days in advance of the event. The tickets can only be booked at an Art Macabre event at a Cass Art shop.
16. The MOO prize vouchers are provided by moo.com and are for use on a pack of 50 Luxe Letterheads, Business Cards, Notecards & 100 MiniCards. They include Free shipping and expire on 31st December 2014.
17. 18. The Prize Draw opens Monday 2nd June 2014 and closes at midnight on Sunday 20th July 2014.
19. The prize winners will be the first 30 valid entries drawn at random from all entries received. The prizes will be allocated in the order they appear on the prize draw page. The winners will be contacted by 25th July 2014 via the email address or telephone number provided on the entry form.
20. The winners must claim their prize within 48 hours. In the event that the winners do not claim their prize within this period, another winner will be drawn at random.
21. All products will be delivered within 30 days of contacting the winners. Some prizes such as membership, subscription packages and tickets for exhibitions and events will have varying redeemable dates. These will be confirmed with the winner directly.
22. The 30 winners’ details will be passed on to Time Out for administrative purposes only. All 30 winners will be emailed by Time Out with details of how to register for their complimentary card. Standard Time Out Card annual membership costs £49.
23. All prizes are subject to availability.
