in Mortgages & endowments
We are in about 41ks worth of debt. Husband lost his job my wage went down. We have a mortgage with Woolwich the outstanding balance id 47k property value of 155k does anyone have any experience of re mortgaging or releasing more money against their home. both of our jobs are sorted now I just don't want all o that unsecured debt

    This is going to depend on your credit history detail, your income, ages and ongoing expenditure. The majority of lenders are less than enthusiastic about debt consolidation to remortgage.


    You need to take the detail to an experienced adviser and it may well be placeable.
