Mothers 80th gift from 4 children

Myself and my three other siblings would like to buy a special gift for our mothers 80th birthday.

Please has anyone any ideas, we thought of some sort ornament or bronze or perhaps a painting that depicts 4 children. We really feel this would be very symbolic for her.

We probably want to spent about £200 approx, but can only find a small bronze in America. And without seeing it in the flesh so to speak it's difficult to tell the quality online.

Please anyone any ideas? TIA
