    Last week i was left a message on the phone to reply to my WEM which was sent the week before or contact argos.

    I hadnt received any WEM? checked and double checked ,so today i finally got through to them and they clarified i had won and my details have been past on to Oral B.

    I still cannot find the email they claim they sent?
