So declared BR April 2013 n moved into a rented house march 2013 n put the negative equity of our mortgages house into our BR
SO IN APRIL 2014 we applied to Our council for a rebt to buy property and after all checks etc they granted us the house :-) so we r due to exchange n complete in the comming months. Each month we pay our rent and purchase 1.7% of the house value in shares in a 12 month period with the aim by 5 years to own around 8.5% of the property approx £14,500...
My question is despite the fact we r over the moon tone able to start to buy out own house again through this scheme our solicitors want info on our recent credit history and ask about bankruptcy now the council are fully aware but can the official receiver put a stop on it or claim the shares even though we r discharged

As long as your discharged before the application and not subject to any IPA then you should be fine from the ORs point of view.
