Any1 tell me what fees they charge and how much it might be if you leave to re-mortgage with someone else? Yes my fixed rate is ending soon too!

The quickest way to find out what penalties/fees you would have to pay would be to give them a call and ask them to either give you verbal information but get it backed up in writing.

It will be £295.
You should look at the products on their website and consider switching to one of them, on maturity of your fixed rate, as well as considering remortgaging - it obviously saves the £295 but also any potential legal fees etc. if you stay with the same lender.
There is a £250 switching fee, but that's less than £295!0
