I was discussing this thread with my fiance last night... he was quite shocked. I told him not to expect a gift, I'm giving him a wife - what more does he want? (I'm also paying for most of the wedding LOL)
Officially saved enough to cover the cost of our wedding! :A

I got OH a celtic inspired pocket watch as we were getting married in Scotland.

I also got him cold feet socks and on Amazon I brought this little bag called the Groom's Survival Kit it had lots of silly bits in it with a card to explain each item it was really sweet. It had things like a piece of "gold" to show he was worth his weight in gold to me, a candy watch to make sure he was on time. It was only about £6 too

I also wrote him an essay in his card about our lives together and my hopes for our future apparently it made him well up a little bit

I got mine a pocket watch engraved with an in-joke. No one else would understand if they saw it but it makes him laugh. :) He loved wearing it on the day and will probably wear it every time we go somewhere special together for the rest of our lives.
