Hi looking for some advice:-)
Was advised we had a a remortgage with RBS approved
Subject to valuation.
Our broker based the application on a value of £190,000, borrowing 90% LTV. The valuation was completed and came out at £175,000, which was the value we had actually told the broker. We were looking for 85% LTV- can anyone advise what RBS are likely to offer, if anything- TIA

I'm not sure if you've applied for a product with an LTV of 85% or 90%. Depending on which it is, then RBS are likely to offer either 85% or 90% of the valuation - so£148,750 or £157,500.0
