You can, I believe, 'reverse' your bankruptcy through an IVA - in your case a 100% IVA, but you would need the services of an Insolvency Practitioner. Why not talk to CCCS?
I am NOT, nor do I profess to be, a Qualified Debt Adviser. I have made MANY mistakes and have OFTEN been the unwitting victim of the the shamefull tactics of the Financial Industry.
If any of my experiences, or the knowledge that I have gained from those experiences, can help anyone who finds themselves in similar circumstances, then my experiences have not been in vain.

The circumstances under which you can get an annulment, and the procedures to follow, are all explained at:

You need to contact the court you went BR at.

Were your total debts only £4000 or for more? I believe to get an annulment you need to be able to cover the whole amount plus admin fees - be prepared to have to pay more than the original debt!

seems very harsh to have been made BR for 4k!!

    What unfortunate timing!

I hope you dont mind me asking, but did you seek professional advice before you went BR?
