Bathroom Scales

Asking for a friend who is trying to lose weight:
Her bathroom scales are apparently hopeless at measuring small amounts - 1-2lbs lost & also inaccurate in that she can weigh herself but then immediately step back on and it read differently. She also says that she can't easily read the scale when she's standing on it which kind of defeats the point!
So, looking for a bathroom scale that is easy to read, as accurate as is reasonable for home use, will measure 1-2lb weight loss and not too expensive!
Thanks

I can't post links but the Thursday specials at Aldi included scales, they are on the website so your friend can check the spec first0
