i already have a couple of christmas presents bought so trying to be very prepared this year
i will try and get the £200 banked this week and pay it off the mortgage.
i'm still very confused about all the interest rates and how all this actually works, but figured all i need to know is i'm paying extra off ha!0 -
so june was a great month and we managed to pay£250 of over payments on the mortgage

1st day of july and our over payment to round our mortgage up to nearest hundred has come out (only £18.07) but at least its a good way to start a month

Hoping to make another Overpayment on the mortgage on Monday

Really feeling good about making payments off the mortgage. We arent even really noticing the over payments that much either which is a fab thing. i figure may as well make them while we have spare cash as you never know whats around the next corner0
