I have tried so many times with these guys
Despite having an excellent telephone manner mainly due to my Telemarketing and Sales skills, they never get back to me for an interview.
I thought they would give me a chance.
Where am I going wrong??

Maybe your skill set isn't what they're looking for?

Different roles require a different 'telephone manner' and attitude.

No one here will be able to tell you what you're doing wrong as we weren't privy to the application process.

As its not a sales job they want people who will stick to the script and read it in a monotone way. I work for them at the moment maybe you should play down the sales bit.
