Are you asking where to find Trading Standards? - I just googled 'Trading Standards' and followed the links. I'm almost sure that our local (Swansea) Trading Standards office is something to do with the local council, so you could also try via your local council. The people I spoke to were really nice so don't be afraid to ring them.
