Hi,
You say £2700 gross do you mean net or do some of your outgoings come out of your gross pay?
I'm guessing you just mean net so...
Don't go for a consolidation loan, you have £1900 outgoings which leaves you with £800 spare... I'd round your outgoings up to £2k and save £700 for the next 3-4 months and "ta da!" you have £2.1 - £2.8k
I'm putting money on you having high outgoings though so post an SOA on the Debt free wannabe forum where we can suggest some savings

Interesting take on finance. How do you work out that taking out another loan is going to put you in the black. You would still be in the red, albeit to a different lender. A loan is a loan, whatever name it is masquerading under. Credit card, overdraft, PDL, personal loan, mortgage etc. It's all debt under a different name. I would have thought that the last thing you need is more debt. Paying down some of your existing debt is what you need to be doing.I can afford anything that I want.
Just so long as I don't want much.0
