Hello,

Anyone had a phone interview with 360crm for NHS and what questions do they ask if anyone wouldn't mind to pm me pls?

The questions are usually competency based - you would need to read the person specification/job description and prepare answers based on those.

Each role has its own questions, even though they are working on and around the same basis. IF you're still stuck, contact the "informal contact" which is usually on the job advert - you can still see it if you have applied directly to the NHS, on your applications page.

I have tried so many times with these guys
Despite having an excellent telephone manner mainly due to my Telemarketing and Sales skills, they never get back to me for an interview.
I thought they would give me a chance.
Where am I going wrong??
