I already have a mortgage with the halifax, i am wanting the same amount of mortgage but the new house is higher in value, i have a good credit score but low income, is their anyway i can just switch mortgages to new property,0

You may be able to transfer the rate from an old mortgage to a new one when you move house, but you need to satisfy the lender's affordability, criteria and valuation requirements as usual.I am a mortgage broker.
