Help re disciplinary on sickness absence

They can sack you for being ill - genuine or not. It happens all the time. This is harsh but legitimate, after all the Company has a job it needs doing and they will sack you if you are not there to do it.
They cannot sack you for being pregnant, or for pregnancy-related illness. The damages for doing so are greater than for general unfair dismissal cases, as it is sex discrimination.
As others have said, join a union. IMO the best chance you have of keeping that job is to show that the main reason for dismissal was pregnancy, but you need to speak with an expert.0
