1. Competition opens at 00:01 on June 12th 2014. Closing date for receipt of entries is 23:59 on June 18th 2014.
2. Promotion limited to one entry per person.
3. Responsibility is not accepted for entries lost, damaged or delayed as a result of any network, computer hardware or software failure of any kind.
4. The prize consists of: [1 x Pair of return flights to Rio. Flights will be from Heathrow Airport and dates will either be : 19th -25th June or 25th June -1st July ( Must be able to Travel on these dates ), 6 nights accommodation in Luxury private apartments ( Images available), Transfers from your house to Heathrow Airport and return up to £100 per person each way. Winners must provide a receipt of transport costs to redeem these costs. Transfers from Airport in Rio to Apartments and Return are included. The travel times and accommodation dates specified in the Prize particulars are fixed and cannot be changed under any circumstances.
5. There is no cash or other alternative to the Prize, in whole or in part. All prizes are non-transferable and shall only be for the benefit of Prize winners and, if applicable, their guests.
6. The Prize does not include tickets to any football matches or anything else not expressly specified herein.
7. KP Snacks reserves the right to change or provide You with a similar alternative prize of the same or greater value should circumstances beyond KP Snacks’ control make this necessary.
8. The Prize winner and their guest must be over 18 years old at the date of travel.
9. Health and travel insurance are not included as part of the Prize. It shall be Your responsibility to ensure that appropriate insurance arrangements are made prior to the date of travel.
10. The provider of the travel and accommodation services (the “Tour Operator”), and not KP Snacks, is responsible for the provision of the travel arrangements that form part of the Prize. KP Snacks accepts no liability for any aspect of (including the cancellation of) the experience relating to flights, transfers and accommodation.
11. You shall disqualify from Your Promotion any entrant that posts, on any public forum and in relation to KP Snacks or the Prize, any comments that could reasonably be considered as bullying, spiteful, derogatory, upsetting or otherwise inappropriate (for whatever reason).
12. You will indemnify KP SNACKS in full against all liability, losses, damages, costs and expenses (whether direct or indirect) (including any interest, fines, legal and other professional fees and expenses) awarded against or incurred or paid by KP SNACKS as a result of or in connection with Your Promotion or Your failure to adhere to these Terms.
13. These Terms represent the entire agreement between the parties in respect of its subject matter and replaces any previous agreement(s) relating to the subject matter and may be varied only in writing signed by the parties.
