I'm doing a body wash with them that finishes on 21 June and they have sent me an 'Urgent' email saying that they have managed to lose the first 2 parts of the questionnaire that people completed so can we go back in and answer the 11 questions again!!! I've gone in and it isn't even set up yet - so much for being urgent!!!
