Hi all,

I'm new to this forum, but am so far finding it extremely useful and had taken lots of great advice and ideas so far!!

I have been registered with Ayton Moon cosmetic research for a few months now and was pleased to have received an invite for my first trial on Friday 14/12 for a face mask... I was quick enough to apply and was successful, however the instructions said I should use the mask for 4 days from 15th until 19th of December. Since the 14th was a Friday, I was hoping to receive the product in the post by the next day, otherwise it would have been delayed until Monday and I would not be able to use it for the full 4 days... However, it's now the 18th and I have still not received the product? I'm not sure what I should do, as I see from other people's previous experience that contacting them is not productive... However, I might actually not receive the product before tomorrow's deadline and don't want this to jeopradise me being selected for any future trials?

Has anyone ever experience the situation of actually receiving the sample AFTER the deadline, and if so what would the advice be?

If you dont recive the sample in time, you go to questionaire on the closing day and click next till you get till the end and a box will appear asking you to fill it in about why you didnt answer qall questions. Just put there that you didnt recieve sample
