I've just done a face wash one. When I went onto the questionnaire page it just asked "have you completed the trial?" and that was my only question. Is that normal?

It sounds as though they have not released the questionnaire yet, as that is what it says when you log on to complete the questionnaire before they make it available.

thank you. This is my first item I have received from them so I wasn't sure what to expect.
Shame I can't find out what the facewash is. It's so much better than my usual clinique one.

I'm doing three trials at the moment, well just finished two.
Finished the bust firming cream one today. Didn't notice much difference, apart from my skin was softer but no firming or anything! And it still smelt so bad. I guess they must be aware of that because one of the questions was about the smell!
Also just finished a two week trial of a witch moisturiser, supposed to reduce redness and clear spots. I didn't like it at all. Made my face just look slightly green and didn't moisturise at all! Anyone else do this one?!

I'm also halfway through a four week of trial of two different volumising shampoo and conditioners.

Hi All, I signed up and completed my profile on Tuesday it says all is complete and I have a green tick beside everything. I keep seeing people say have you completed the training but how do you do this?

Also how long after registering should I wait to receive any trials?

Hi the training part is one of the tabs under the information tab. Think it differs when you get offered trials i tend to get loads then dont hear from them for a while.

I've completed all the tabs but there isn't a training tab there
