yeah mine too, managed to get it all over my eye this morning and had to redo my eye make up:o

Hi raven, I am (well, my DH is). You have click on a link to see a hair-thinning man, but the link comes up all jumbled and you can't see a picture. It says you have to view the picture to do the trial.

If you get it to work could you let me know how it opened for you.

I haven't been able to open it at all not sure what to open it with i have been trying to. was hoping someone else was doing it so they could tell me what too use.

I thought it may be my ancient desktop that wouldn't open it properly so I tried on my laptop, but every time I entered my account number and password it said "this account is already in use".

I've emailed them so will wait and see...

I registered a couple of months ago, and have started getting offers for trials this week :j

The first one I was offered, I logged on straight away but it was full.

I've since been offered to trial day/night cream & an eye cream, so I'm hoping I will be accepted for one of these...:)

I had a look at this site but when I started completing the questions I got a bit worried as it sounded like it was thinking of me as a customer rather than someone taking trials for them. I cant see the relevance of some of the questions and the dates given were a year out of date. For instance, one asks what week ! you are going on holiday and how long you will be away. Im sorry, but they have your full name and address and then they want to know when the house will be empty and how long for :eek:

Just because you are on holiday (even if you are going abroad) doesn't mean your house is empty. You will also probably find most, if not all, of the dates listed are in 2009!

The number of questions increases over time as they ask questions specifric to particular items but don't seem to remove them.

Also I cannot get the Lifestyle one to accept that I have answered all questions.
