Have you completed the training section? If not, if you click on the information tab, next to the family profiles tab, you should see the training section. It's just a set of questions to go through. If you have done it, it might be worth going through it again in case it didn't register first time round.

You need to log in at least once a week and go through the profiles because they only email you some of the time asking to update and usually just add questions and brands without emailing you.

I usually get at least a trial a month.

So annoyed my blackhead cleaning pads haven't turned up, i've emailed them three times!!

I have got some extra moisturising stuff today to use as a face mask primarily, but also to leave on overnight if you like as a deep moisturiser.

The instructions say I have to use it at least four times as a mask "applying it lavishly" and at least once as an overnight skin drink.

I have been supplied with - wait for it - one 2" x 3" sachet, probably enough for one lavish session or 3-4 overnight skin drinks!!! And that is if the product remaining does not dry up once I have opened the sachet.

I would have thought a small pot or bottle of the stuff would have been more appropriate given the number of times they want you to use it.

i got the same i thought it most have been a mistake.

Yes - I wondered about that. I thought someone would post an answer to say that they had received 6 sachets or more!

It is like the small bottle of shower gel that was supposed to last a month.

I've just received my trial for colour shampoo, conditioner and hair treatment mask!

250ml sized bottles, shampoo half filled, conditioner bottle full and pot of hair mask full. This could be my best trial so far, fingers crossed it is a nice product on my hair type.

Product code starts with LF.

Just been invited to try a powder...2 hours later the trial gets cancelled...a few minutes later I get a new invite for the same powder *ha*[just a different trial number] Let's hope this is better than the bronzing powder I had a couple of weeks ago
