I got the 3 creams and they came by Royal mail but were too big to go through the letter box so had to answer the door.
It got sent out with the normal post lady (not the parcel van) so someone misjudged the size.
So seems like it's royal mail but would depend on whether it fits throught he letter box as to whether it comes through the door or in the Royal Mail parcel van.
if you dont answer the door do they leave a note or just not bother telling you because im not always in :cool:0 -
Does anyone know how to contact them please0

Does anyone know how to contact them please
You can send a message using the contact button on the website once you are logged in, but it is a total waste of time. I have sent messages many times relating to problems with products, questionnaires etc. and they have never, ever, ever bothered to reply. I even put a sarcastic line in my last message saying something like "go on - I dare you to actually reply to this message for a change" and guess what?..............no reply.
I have searched for a phone number in the past too and never found one.
Not being able to contact them properly is a real nuisance - for example if a product doesn't turn up that you are supposed to be testing. You continue to receive reminders to complete the questionnaire and your rating will go down if you don't do it on time. I now just make stuff up! - well it serves them right in my opinion.0 -

The postman usually will leave a card through the door asking you to pick it up or arrange a suitable time for them to redeliver. Never had a problem myself.AUGUST GROCERY CHALLENGE £115.93/ £250

It doesnt matter as long as you do the questionnaire at some stage on the date given. hth

I have been with them for over 2 years and had only 2 products to test- tea tree cream and a sports bandage/ice wrap thing. It's right what everyone says about being quick with the invites.0
