My cancelled bath salts was 3204. I also had a shower gel accepted then cancelled and a finishing mist cancelled then rebooked with a different number (that one came today) so not sure what is going on with them at the mo

Do you find they email you for trials roughly the same time each time? I wonder if there's some pattern to it

theres never been a pattern to mine,just random times,thats when ur lucky enough to get one,lol.

Hi did anyone get the vitamin e night cream ? as mine never arrived, I did wonder if they had cancelled me from this trial as I also got the vitamin e toner, which has arrived and is quite lovely.

You'll need to check your list of trials. There will be a starting date on there. If it is still due to be sent out there will be an orange tick, if the trial is cancelled there will be a red cross and if you have missed a trail you were offered there will be a green cross. If it is showing as a green tick and you have not received it then you need to (try to!) contact them. HTH
