I've just had my first trial product - was supposed to be called Hydra Skin Therapy Cooling Creme-Gel, but have received M&S Firming Day Cream. Anyone else got the same thing???

Today received Bio washing tablets to test. I don't get any nice stuff these days:o
  • I'm a bit new to this, but I signed up to cosmetic research ages ago and have only received 2 emails asking me to update my profile, no trials.
When I go on the site, my profile is always flashing the question mark, I update it (just tick another box) it updates with a tick, then next time I look, its flashing a question mark again. I never seem to be fully profiled!
I am over 40, so maybe too old. I'd be happy to trial anything at all.

You need to go onto your profile and make sure everything is filled in. When you go to update your profile (where the wheel is) it should be written in red that they need more information. I found that some of the questions didn't apply to me (like waxing/dishwasher etc) but i had to fill them in anyway, just to stop the question mark flashing!

I'm over 50 and get trials, doing one now for face cream, so you're certainly not too old

  • I second what poppyseed said. If you're not sure you can redo the training once logged in.
