I keep trying to sign in to see if I have any trials and it never accepts my password so I applied to get it sent again and it keeps telling me that my (correctly entered)details do not match their records of me.. There doesnt seem to be a link to customer assistance

No I dont normally know what I'm testing either - this is a first. Sometimes I'd really like to know though!

I think a few companies do a similar product to Touche Eclat - Boots No 7 for one - so it will probably be one of these. I would think they are targeting people who already use T.E so they have something to compare the test item to

has anyone tried the aldi version? its brilliant. better than the no7 version and only cost about £3. i have 3 still in the packets just in case they stop selling it

Just checked to see if I had a trial posted on the site and was surprised to see another question outstanding in the Profiles bit...

'Have you ever trialled a Touche Eclat Radiance Touch product for us before?'

I'm sure it wasn't there before.......
