ive had that quite a few times,in the end i give up.
the next time i log on it is completed.

I had the same problem. I kept resubmitting my answers but the flashing question mark wouldn't go away. Eventually I realised I needed to fill in his inside leg measurement, chest size and collar size from some drop-down boxes.

well i have been back and completed my whole profile again, hopefully by doing that it might just kick start it up again

Do you get an email for a trial, or do you have to just keep checking?

They will email you with an invite but you have to be quick in responding as trials get full really quickly.
