Its not really surveys but trying products then filling in questionnaires about them, they will email with an invite when something fits your profile, could be a few days or a few weeks so keep checking.Hth.
  • I've been registered with them for over 2 years, have completed profiles for myself, my hubby and my daughter and in that time I've only ever been invited to test one item  It was a lip salve and it was really horrible, I found the questionnaire they asked me to do didn't let me say what I really thought of it. It seemed they only wanted positive answers. Has anyone else been registered for a while and not asked to test anything?

Talking about that product i emailed them about it again.
I said i was disappointed that they hadn't replied to my email & that the company didn't bother to contact me.... considering it was their product that burnt me.
I was surprised to get an email back, this is some of what they said -

We apologise if we did not respond to you. We did in fact contact our client on 18th July to ask whether they had any intention of contacting you so that I could let you know. To date I have not had a reply from them. I will forward your email on to them and will let you know as soon as I have a response I can assure you.
Nice of the company that made the product not to even bother replying to cosmetic research

They regularly add new questions so I have found the best thing to do is sign on once a month and go through the questions again. It is a pain but they add lots of questions.
