hi hope someone can offer some advice to me... i am testing the shampoo at moment.. i did my 1st assessment on 1st aug like it said, then i got a email on sat to say i have not done it.. but it showed i did when i checked! when i checked later the questions where there for me again.. so i have done them again.. i sent them a message to say that i did do the questions on time, has this happened to anyone else? never had problems before... thanks..

Hi ,dont panic,when I have been to fill in questionnaires before they havent been there and I have contacted them and once when they werent there I didnt realise and hit the finish button and it showed I had finished the trial when I hadnt even answered a question,they just put them back for me to answer.Yours is obviously a glitch their end and you informed them and done the questions so im sure it will be fine.:j

I dont think they would do that,they are pretty sound,could someone of added you as a family member on their profile?If not why dont you ask them for your login details to the account they have.

I had the Age defence revitalising face mask with the code PB on it. The packaging under the sticker was very definately Marks & Spencer, as it had M&S all over it and was the packaging for another face mask. So maybe it's whoever produces for M&S?

My 16 yr old son as just got his first trial waited 12 months for it ,the invite came this morning a 4 week trial for tea tree skin clearing moisturiser for blemished skin. I have had nothing since the blusher but I was 4 days late doing the end survey as I was away and could not access computer.I got my star rating put down and I am normally on the ball,so dont know if I will get asked again. will have to wait and see.x

Hi, I got the same trial but I was ivited yesterday about 4ish and then this morning they sent me an email saying that the trial has been cancelled. They said it could be due to -
The development of this product has been delayed.
The development of this product has been cancelled altogether.
The packaging or ingredients for this product are no longer available.

and they said they will contact me if the trial is resurrected. Has anyone had the same email?

Hi Deb, They sent the cancellation email this morning at 10:34 so you’re probably ok. I'm a bit annoyed that I took the time to join, then the next day they just send me an email telling me it's cancelled when it clearly hasn't.

Hi Chris have you checked on your trials page to see if it is showing as being cancelled.
