Cosmetic Research- test free toiletries, cosmetics and skincare (merged)

I have to say that i think cosmetic research are the most ignorant company i've ever had the misfortune to deal with.

I emailed them a week ago saying i'd kept the crackle lube incase the manufactures wanted it back & wanted to talk to me. I said as its been 5-6 weeks should i take it to mean they aren't going to bother asking for it back & should i throw it away.

They haven't bothered to reply which i think is just plain rude.

I haven't heard from the manufactures which i'm really annoyed about & their :lipsrseal product burnt me. I think its so unprofessional of cosmetic research to ignore emails esp about something like this.

They never replied to my email about how they wanted us to use the split ends cream either. The trial is over now and they were quick enough to email people today with extra questions that they wanted answered but failed to answer my email from nearly a week back.

Just a thought Daisy, why don't you send them a letter by recorded delivery saying that you are disappointed that the manufacturers of that lube didn't bother to get back to you. It is very bad of them.

You should tell them you have already done a blusher trial - after using the lube your face was blushing bright red!!!

Yeah if you write to them recorded delivery at least you know they can't deny receivng your complaint.

I had an email asking me to update my favourite perfume but when I go into my profile there is no question regarding perfume ?!

Anyone else found this?

Got a profile question about if you use self tan in the body and face section,it asks when you last applied it but the earliest one is the beginning of this week and if you have put that you applied it then surely you wont get to test it.
