I think you may still be able to do a time to pay order (for a lower monthly repayment) which, if successful, would stop the earnings arrestment.

Maybe worth speaking to national debtline for some advice to see if this is likely to be possible.
Failing that have been through all of your outgoings and prioritised them and made savings/cutbacks where you can? is there no way you can keep on top of all your priority debts? How far short are you of being able to pay the essentials? If you are not sure it may be worth completing a statement of affairs and posting on here for people to try to suggest savings/reductions you could make to your outgoings for the next few months - we recommend this calculator for working out a budget and seeing what your shortfall/surplus is
