mortgage admin fee reclaim

Hi please could someone tell me if it's possible to reclaim fees for setting up a remortgage. I am currently with FIRST ACTIVE and I'm paying a total of £2160, £1631 of this is a higer lending charge. Is this right??

Next time, go and see an independent mortgage adviser who could have told you about those lenders which don't charge a higher lending fee above 90% LTV. I could tell you, but that might be considered advice...0
