Job Interview Rant

I went for an internal interview on Monday and have never felt so insulted by an interviewer in my life!
The job was perfect for me based on my background and experience within the sector. Everything they required I'd already done in the past.
Anyway the interview was a disaster. The whole process was rushed, they would interrupt me when answering their questions and wouldn't even let me finish and explain the results of the examples I was discussing. They seemed more interested in going on their lunch break!
When I finished and was walking back to my office, I heard one say "thank god that's over, I'm starving"!
I think they already had someone chosen for the job but had to go through the motions of a job interview to comply with policy.
What a waste of everyone's time especially since I spent my entire weekend revising!
Quite disappointed because it's not the first time something like this has happened to me within the organisation.
