Virgin money mortgage

HI All!!
First post - here goes! Was wondering if anybody is having problems with Virgin money at the mo?

- full ap sent off several days ago
- now being told that there has been a technical glitch and although they can see my ap on the system it has to be manually pulled through? Not sure what this actually means, however have been told to check for progress every two days as they cannot give a time scale
- meanwhile they have debited my account for valuation (appears no probs pulling that through!) , however wont book valuation until all info pulled through!

Anyone else experienced these manual pulling through delays with Virgin or another lender? Any responses gratefully received!
