Causing a problem when parking.

Hi all, I know that there is a law which states that a car should not be parked close to a junction. Is there on that states that a car should not be parked as to cause a problem for someone getting on and off their driveway. I live on a road where a family has 6 cars between them, I always park on my drive even if I am going out again. But there is very often a car parked near but not over my drive, this makes it very difficult for me to turn onto the road or back onto my drive again without several maneuvers.

if you have a dropped kerb then it should not be blocked, ring the police on 101 to get the car removedDo you want your money back, and a bit more, search for 'money claim online' - They don't like it up 'em Captain Mainwaring0
