Causing a problem when parking.

Hi all, I know that there is a law which states that a car should not be parked close to a junction. Is there on that states that a car should not be parked as to cause a problem for someone getting on and off their driveway. I live on a road where a family has 6 cars between them, I always park on my drive even if I am going out again. But there is very often a car parked near but not over my drive, this makes it very difficult for me to turn onto the road or back onto my drive again without several maneuvers.
