Platinum Training course with JC

I am being sent on something called Platinum Training with the jobcentre, apparently it's to improve my chances of getting a job.
I've got it from 10-4 on Thurs and 10-2 on Fri.
Can anyone tell me what to expect please?
I then have a follow up appointment with my advisor on Monday.
