I know I won't be the first to say this but I've been lurking in the shadows for a while and finally decided to join
Myself and my partner have just bought our first home together after being sensible in our teens and saving as much as we could! We're both mid 20's now and feeling very grown up!
The only debt I have (Other than our 30 year mortgage) is a £2,500 overdraft which kept growing while buying bits and pieces for the new house. Bit naughty of me as I knew I was overspending but the excitement overcame me.
So my goal is to get that cleared as quickly as I can, makes me feel on edge knowing I owe money
I've always thought the advice and help on this site was great, so I hope I can offer some in return!
So hello, and nice to meet you!

Hi LuCy,
Welcome (from another newbie).
If you can keep managing your overdraft and reduce it then good for you. :j
All I say to you is read lots on here;Read about people's situations, their mistakes and what the concequences are a learn from their mistakes. I wish I found this forum a loooooooong time ago because I wouldn't be in anywhere near as much debt now if I had.
Good luck with everything.
