Fonebank lost parcel

I'm not sure if this is the right place?
but since it's to do with Fonebank I thought I'd post here.
Anyway I have an order for £49 for 4 phones I sent to Fonebank using their Royal Mail tracked service. Now I also sent another couple of parcels at the same time to them (which have been paid for by Fonebank and everything's fine with those) but none have been signed for (as apparently they are supposed to have been) and 2 have gone missing.
Now my question is as I was sending these as an individual and not a business can I claim for the £49 I would have received from Fonebank as I don't have an original receipt for any of the 4 phones?
Royal mail's claim process says something about needing original proof of purchase which I don't have so I am confused. I have made claims on behalf of a business but this is not business.
I have been seeing conflicting information too.
EDIT: MODs can you please delete this as I have found the mobiles subforum to be more appropriate for the thread.
