1. The Promoter is Booker Limited, Irthlingborough Road, Wellingborough, Northants NN8 1LT. Company number - 197380. This Promotion is open to all persons aged 21 or over, in possession of a full driving licence and a resident of UK. The promotion is not open to employees of the promoter or their immediate families and of Booker Premier stores, their agents, or anyone else professionally associated with the administration of this promotion.
2. All participants must be 21 years old or over at the date of entry into the Promotion and hold a full driving licence.
3. The Promotion opens at 00:01 on 11.06.14 and closes at 23:59 on 15.07.14 (the "Promotional Period").
4. General
15. The Promoter will not be liable for any loss, damage or injury sustained as a result of or in connection with this Promotion and/or the Prize (in contract, negligence or otherwise) where:
(a) there is no breach of a legal duty of care owed to the participant;
(b) the loss or damage is not a reasonably foreseeable result of any such breach; or
(c) any loss or damage or increase in loss or damage results from a breach by the participant of these Terms and Conditions or to the extent that the participant has failed to mitigate such loss or damage; and
(d) business losses, and/or losses to non-consumers and any other third party.
16. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits the Promoter's liability for fraudulent misrepresentation or for death or personal injury caused by the Promoter's negligence.
17. If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of the Terms and Conditions or incorrect, illegible, fraudulent or other invalid or improper information has been provided, the Promoter may at its sole discretion refuse to process an Entry or fulfil any Prize award.
18. The Promoter shall not be held liable for systems failures at the handling house. Neither can they be held responsible for the failure to fulfil obligations of any third parties involved in this promotion, although they will endeavour to minimize the effect to the entrant of such failure in order to avoid undue disappointment.
19. Individuals agree that their personal information will be used for the purposes of administering and in connection with any advertising mentioned in these Terms and Conditions. Please note that in processing the information in this way the Promoter may disclose the information to other companies in its group or to third parties employed by the Promoter. 20. The Winner hereby consent to participate in any reasonable publicity accompanying and resulting from the Promotion required on behalf of the Promoter if so requested with no further recompense. 22. Owing to exceptional circumstances beyond its reasonable control and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, the Promoter reserves the right to amend, alter or withdraw the promotion as necessary but will always endeavour to minimise the effect to the participant in order to avoid undue disappointment.
23. The Promoter will not be held liable to any participant or Winner for any fraud committed by any third party nor for an event beyond its control although the Promoter will always endeavour to minimise the effect to the participant in order to avoid undue disappointment.

I've contacted them to ask if the T&Cs are incorrect or if there's a problem with the form not allowing us to enter again. I'll keep you informed but please bump if it allows you to re-enter
