At santandar at moment fixed deal at end being offered 2.39 fixed for another two years with £900 fee which I'll pay owe £115k and will repay £786 14 year mortgage this on a repayment at moment have a part interest only and want it all on repayment presently paying £731 with 40k on interest only house worth £240k
